By accessing or using the CrediVitt Platform operated by Credivitt Fintech Private Limited ("CrediVitt", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access the Platform.

CrediVitt is an online financial marketplace that enables users to compare loan products, credit cards, and related financial services from partner banks and financial institutions. We act as an intermediary and facilitator, not as a lender, bank, or financial advisor.

Approval of any loan or credit product is solely at the discretion of the respective lending institution and is subject to their eligibility criteria and internal policies.

To use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be a resident of India.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested.

You agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information at all times.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.
• Not use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt any part of the Platform.
• Not upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any code intended to harm the Platform or its users.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the exclusive property of CrediVitt or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without our prior written consent.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Any reliance on information obtained through the Platform is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CrediVitt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

The Platform may link to or integrate with third-party websites and services. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms. Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their respective terms and policies.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

We encourage you to contact us first to attempt an amicable resolution before initiating formal proceedings.

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
