About CrediVitt

CrediVitt is a digital loan comparison and application platform operated by Credivitt Fintech Private Limited, a company incorporated in India and headquartered in New Delhi.

We provide borrowers with a single place to assess their eligibility across multiple lenders, compare the terms available to them, and submit a complete application to the lender of their choice. Our objective is to bring transparency and efficiency to a process that is typically opaque, fragmented and slow.

We serve retail borrowers across personal, business, home and car loans.

CrediVitt provides a loan comparison and application-assistance service. It gives information about loans, calculators, an estimate of what you may be eligible for, and help in preparing and submitting an application.

CrediVitt is not a lender. It is not a bank or a non-banking financial company, it holds no lending licence, and it is not regulated by the Reserve Bank of India. It does not approve, sanction or disburse loans, set interest rates or fees, or hold your money.

When you ask us to submit an application, we act at your request and on your behalf in delivering it. Any loan is a contract between you and the lender alone. The lender's own terms, fees and charges apply to it, and the lender gives you its own statement of them before you sign.

• Eligibility estimates. We estimate your eligibility across lenders from the details you enter and our own understanding of lenders' lending criteria. An estimate is our calculation, not an offer: no lender has seen your details when it is shown, and the lender decides the final amount, rate and fees. We do not obtain your credit report, so checking your eligibility with CrediVitt does not affect your credit score. A lender you apply to will normally check your credit record with a credit bureau.
• Comparison. We show indicative amounts, rates and EMIs side by side, so you can compare before you apply.
• Financial calculators. EMI, foreclosure, balance transfer and overdraft calculators that illustrate repayments from the numbers you enter.
• Help with your application. You enter your details once. When you ask us to, and with your agreement for each application, we submit it to the lender you select.

CrediVitt does not charge you any fee for an enquiry, an eligibility check, a comparison or an application.

We do not sell personal data.

A loan application contains sensitive personal and financial information. Our systems are designed accordingly.

• Where data is kept. Our application servers, database, document storage and backups are in Mumbai, India. Some service providers process limited data outside India; see our Privacy Policy.
• Protection. Your PAN and bank account number are encrypted individually, documents are kept in private storage, and staff access is limited by role and logged.
• Who receives an application. An application is submitted to the lender you select, and shared with that lender's authorised agents and service providers, only when you ask us to submit it.
• Your choices. You can see, correct and download the data in your account, and delete your account. Our Privacy Policy sets out what is deleted and what is kept.

If you have a complaint about our platform or our services, please contact our Grievance Officer. We will acknowledge your complaint and keep you informed of its progress.

If your complaint is about a loan, a lender's decision or a lender's use of your data, raise it with that lender's grievance officer. If the lender does not resolve it within 30 days, you may complain to the RBI Ombudsman at cms.rbi.org.in.
