These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Credivitt Fintech Private Limited ("CrediVitt", "we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the CrediVitt website, mobile application, and all related services (the "Platform").

Please read these T&C carefully before using the Platform. By proceeding, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these T&C, our Privacy Policy, and our Terms of Use.

CrediVitt is a financial product marketplace. We facilitate the comparison and application process for loans, credit cards, and other financial products in partnership with registered banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions authorised by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).

• CrediVitt does not provide loans, credit, or insurance directly.
• All credit decisions are made solely by the relevant lending institution.
• Interest rates, loan amounts, and tenures displayed are indicative and subject to change at the lender's discretion.
• CrediVitt does not guarantee approval of any financial product application.

Certain features of the Platform may require you to register an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete registration information.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and secure.
• Accept responsibility for all activities conducted through your account.
• Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or deactivate your account if we detect any breach of these T&C or fraudulent activity.

By submitting an application or enquiry through the Platform, you expressly consent to CrediVitt sharing your personal and financial information with our partner lenders and financial institutions for the purpose of evaluating your eligibility and processing your application.

This data sharing is governed by our Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent by contacting us, though this may result in inability to use certain features.

CrediVitt's comparison and application facilitation services are provided free of charge to users. We receive referral fees or commissions from partner lenders when a financial product is successfully availed through the Platform.

Any fees, processing charges, or prepayment penalties associated with a specific financial product are governed by the agreement between you and the respective lender.

While we strive to display accurate and up-to-date product information, CrediVitt does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information on the Platform. Interest rates, offers, and eligibility criteria are subject to change by lenders without prior notice.

You are encouraged to verify all product details directly with the respective lender before making any financial decision.

The EMI calculators and financial tools available on the Platform are provided for illustrative purposes only. Results are based on inputs provided by the user and may differ from actual loan terms offered by lenders. These tools do not constitute financial advice.

You must not:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Use the Platform to impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform without written permission.
• Post, transmit, or distribute any harmful, abusive, defamatory, or unlawful content.
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CrediVitt, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, your violation of these T&C, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

CrediVitt shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet or telecommunications failures, or third-party service disruptions.

These T&C are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

We may update these T&C at any time. Significant changes will be notified via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after such notification constitutes your acceptance of the updated T&C.
